Aussie Mom Turns to Psychic for Answers about Son Death
On Febuary 7, 2008 at around 11pm, 16-year old Andrew Bornen was arrested by the police on Albion St, Brassall. He was said to be wielding a machete at that time. However, when officers approached him, he was unarmed.
The police described the youth as “obviously aggressive.” According to Deputy Commissioner Ian Steward, after being shown a taser and being asked to get down on the ground, Bornen voluntarily lay on the road.
As he lay face-down and handcuffed, an approaching car struck him causing massive head injuries. Andrew Bornen died at Ipswich General Hospital that night.
The young man is described by his mother as a “soft-hearted, loving son.” The family did not know why he was out at that time of the night.
Helen Donaldson is out to find out just that. She is convinced that her psychic would be able to give her the answers she wants. She will be visiting the site on Mother’s Day to find out why her son was lying on his side in a recovery position when he was struck, why his shirt was destroyed and why the driver was unable to stop. Donaldson also wants to know what his son was doing that night.
Bornen’s birthday is on May 2nd, so the timely visit to Albion Street on May 10th might help answer a grieving mother’s questions.
