Astrological Ages
Wednesday, May 27th, 2009Astrology defines several time periods that coincide with major changes on Earth relating to culture, society and politics. These are called astrological ages. They follow the twelve zodiac signs in astrology, and at the completion of once cycle, it repeats itself. These occur because of the precession of the equinoxes. For once cycle to complete, it would take approximately 26,000 years.
Most astrologers do not agree upon the dates when these particular ages end or begin. There are several theories as to the calculation of how many years an age spans. Below are the general thoughts on astrological ages:
